By creating an account, browsing profiles, or otherwise using MatchMithra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MatchMithra after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal marriageable age applicable in your jurisdiction) to register on MatchMithra. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Profiles may be created by the individual or by an immediate family member on their behalf, provided the information given is accurate.

When using MatchMithra, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or impersonated information in your profile.
• Use the platform to solicit money, loans, or financial assistance from another member.
• Upload offensive, obscene, or copyrighted photos you do not have rights to.
• Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited explicit content to another member.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping methods to extract profile data.
• Create more than one account or contact members for purposes unrelated to matrimony.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including suspension or permanent removal of an account — against anyone who violates these terms.

Certain features of MatchMithra require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the plan duration you select and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Free registration gives you access to basic browsing and profile creation; premium features such as unlimited contact views, priority matchmaking, or horoscope matching require an active paid plan as described on our Plans page.

You may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that harms other members or the platform.

Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of your account.

MatchMithra is a matrimony platform that connects individuals and families. We provide the technology and tools to help people find suitable matches — we are not a party to any personal interaction, meeting, financial transaction, or agreement that takes place between members.

MatchMithra is not responsible for:

Any financial fraud, monetary transactions, money requests, or financial disputes between members or their families. If someone asks you for money — through the platform or otherwise — please report it immediately and do not comply.

Any misrepresentation of personal details, qualifications, income, marital status, or identity by a member. We strongly encourage KYC verification but cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of every detail provided by users.

Any harm, loss, or damage — physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise — arising from meetings, relationships, or engagements formed through MatchMithra.

Any conduct of members outside the platform, including behaviour during in-person meetings.

By using MatchMithra, you acknowledge that you interact with other members at your own discretion and risk. MatchMithra's liability is strictly limited to the subscription fees paid for the current active plan period.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of MatchMithra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
